Life to Country Life - We Will Show You the Way
See
why so many people choose Colonial Hill Alpaca Farm.
"Come feel the difference".
In a colonial-style atmosphere in
historic Petersham, located in the heart of the North
Quabbin area of central Massachusetts, is a small award
winning Alpaca farm
where the pleasures of life soothe the very soul. Here,
Colonial Hill's Alpaca's graze serenely in a meadow on a beautiful New
England day. Life doesn't get any better than this!
A member of AOBA (Alpaca Owners and Breeders
Association) since 2003, Colonial Hill Alpaca Farm offers a rich
selection of champion male and female alpacas for sale
and for breeding. The first in Petersham, MA to offer
both Sure and Huacaya alpacas.
The Sures are raised for
their top quality fleece and the Huacayas raised to be
top quality breeding stock. All of the alpacas are
shorn each spring and this high quality award winning
fiber goes to the North American AOBA co-operative
to produce alpca products and gifts such as yarn,
sweaters, scarves, hats, gloves, capes, shawls, socks,
teddy bears, ponies and other wonderful alpaca apparel.
Colonial Hill Alpaca Farm
also has a wonderfully unique Alpaca
Gift Store . For those who enjoy elegant apparel, we have a full
line of men's, women's and children's alpaca apparel and
gifts, including sweaters, shawls, hats, scarves,
gloves, socks, teddy bears, ponies and much more.
See a sampling of our unique collection on our
store page, or we invite you to stop by the store when
you are in the
North Quabbin
region. The store is normally open Wednesday
through Sunday from 11 am to 5 pm, however sometimes we
my be away at alpaca shows or events, so it is always
best to call ahead.
"Come feel the
difference".
If you are interested in purchasing alpcas, we provide a

and Breakfast. Our large post and beam Colonial style home, built in 1742
offers three unique guest rooms with private baths for
